Tips for Wedding Day Makeup in Humid Weather

Your destination wedding, garden wedding or a warm summer wedding your makeup lasting thru the possible humid weather is a concern for many brides.

Here a few tips to help your makeup last and look fresh for the whole day .

1. Primer!! Using a primer is essential. Choose a mattefying primer to help control the oil under your foundation. Some of my favorite ones are Becca, Clarins Lisse Minute, Smashbox

2. Foundation!! The makeup no-makeup look is preferred to give you a natural look with enough coverage and layers to last in any climate.

3. Finishing Spray/Setting Powder!! Your last but most important step. First dust setting powder over your entire face, my favorite brand for all skin types, complexions is Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder and Ben Nye Neutral Set Colorless Powder. Next make sure you spray your entire face with a makeup setting spray, this helps to set everything in place and your makeup will not move an inch. My favorite brands are Mario Badescu, Urban Decay and MAC.

4 . Touch Up!! Make sure that your best lady had a powder puff that she just pats on your face when its shiny, do not rub!! Also have blotting paper!! This will keep your bridal glam look perfect for your special day.
